Happy to see more women employees. Although, at times, still difficult to find any employees on floor. Would be nice if they had call buttons in each Dept.

Went to Lowe's looking for an item cannot find a single employee to help me. It seem like none of them wanted to help any customer. So I left and went to Home Depot. You can't walk 10 feet without an employer asking you if you need help. They took me to the exact item I needed. Who were fast and friendly, I will keep spending my money at Home Depot from here on out

My husband comes here all the time and always manages to find what he needs. The customer service has improved greatly and I am very pleased with how the staff is more readily available to assist us.

I live near this store and have not many issues here, which is surprising for a Home Depot. My husband is always in there finding new tools he "needs". They are helpful when it comes to warranty on tools. Now if you need assistance on the floor forget about it. I was trying to find a particular item in hardware and the associate kept walking around and away from me. I heard him give bad advice to the customer next to me who said he was going to go to another store. He told me where to go after the associate couldn't even figure out the piece I was talking about and instead of listening to me he just said "we don't have that. Try Ace"... Went back the next day and found exactly what I needed to put my daughters bed together that my husband and I built completely. Every other time I have been customers can be seen searching for associates. Now I can tell you Lowes pushes cleanliness and Depot pushes customer service but guess their associates didn't get that memo. If you know what you want and where it is you are fine. If you need help...good luck!
