Parking here is definitely easier than going to Home Depot. Friendly people working here. In and out. Basic hardware store. Called once to check on stock, and person on the phone was really friendly. Didn't have what I needed though. Returning the items were seemless.

Solid hardware store that carries all of the tools and materials that I need for home improvement projects. Store can only be accessed westbound on Nimitz. Great customer service. They have helped me find everything I needed, and helped when I didn't quite know what I needed. Favorite hardware store on island.

Totally agree with most of the bad comments written. Had to call countless times just to confirm delivery. Ended calling 7 times because was either cut off or disconnected. Tel system just goes around in circles and then it just cuts you off. Now we’re worried if delivery for appliances we purchased will be made as promised. Also, worried if appliances will be correctly installed (we’re planning to ask our condo maintenance guy to check if washer/dryer was correctly installed). Also, worried if there’s any problem with appliances that we won’t get adequate follow-up service from Lowe’s Honolulu. Never had such a bad experience with other major appliance stores just to confirm delivery. We probably will never buy anything from Lowe’s in the future.

My first trip to here wasn't great but Google changed that. After not finding the item I was looking for(an employee directed me where to look), I left and went to Home Depot around the corner. I couldn't find what I was looking for there so I searched Google for the item. While browsing my choices I saw it was located 491ft away at Lowe's. Lowe's had it set up that I could click the item and see exactly what row and bay it was in. I decided to go back for a second look and sure enough it was were they said it was. Thanks Lowe's!!! The only negative aspect was their self-checkout was closed(9 pm) so only had one line open. The cashier was elsewhere so I had a small wait. I didn't mind that but I didn't like the vibe from the cashier, she seemed indifferent and maybe annoyed she had to stop and assist me. So that's why I only gave them 4 out of 5 stars.

The managers don't know what they're doing. I'm trying to get a refund on my washer and they picked it up but they have no idea how to give me my money back. I've been to the store twice and have called many times waiting up to 40 minutes on hold trying to get through. It's very frustrating because I already dealt with several defective washers, about 6 in a row. ( do not buy GE 24 inch front loader). I guess the good thing is I'll get my money back eventually, but I'm going through living hell just as I did with the broken washing machines. Update. I did get my money back. Maybe they just need to learn a new system.
