Have made many flooring purchases from this store over the years. Had a small issue with the first installation & they helped remedy the problem instantly. Come to find out it was how the material was installed & the installer didn't cut it back far enough for the flooring to expand. That Koa laminate in my rental still looks great after 8 years & no problems since. I also highly recommend the bamboo flooring. Love the tropical feel and look, low maintenance, extremely durable and works well with my busy family & pets. I will continue to refer this company because you get a extremely well made product for a great price. Can't go wrong, check them out & compare and you'll see for yourself.

We had great service and advise from Katharine at your Kona store. Pricing was fair and she put us in touch with a very good flooring installation contractor. Final product is a great looking floor (and stairs) adding considerable value to our home.

Tina was awesome at Wisteria Lane. She answered all my emails even when she was out of the office. Outstanding customer service and friendliness and patience. I highly recommend her and her company. The prices, quality and service were the best I've experienced here on island.
