Where should I begin on my experiences with American Carpet One?
We were recommended by some friends and saw their(American Carpet) booth at the NBC in February '18. Skip a month or two and then several visits to the Sand Island showroom. We finally asked for a quote/estimate on the second or third visit.
The young man we met and who became our salesman, Jared, was articulate, helpful, and pleasant. He knew his product line and helped us select the flooring we wanted. We were on a very tight time line due to some bad experiences with previous contractors and suppliers. American Carpet came through for us and completed the job ahead of schedule. The moisture tech Brent showed up on time and explained the job he does. Jimmy Chibana the estimator was totally professional and a nice guy. The installers Marc M. and Dave N. were hardworking and answered any questions no matter how trivial. Jeff, the head installer, was simply terrific. He fielded any question I put to him and answered in the most articulate and professional manner. This company returns calls and is on time with all their appointments. The bottom line is I would recommend American Carpet One without reservation. L. Duell
