I drove from twin falls. Trying to save a dollar. Only to not only not save a dollar. But buy $1000 Of flooring that was garbage and not lock. Then had to go buy carpet and home depot in replace of it. And of coarse they wouldn't let me return it because I was over 30 days. This was no cheaper than home depot and even less quality. Just go straight to home depot or lowes and it will be a MUCH better experience. Closer , cheaper and better quality.

Knowledgeable sales people. Helpful in sending samples home with advice and input based on our situation.

The first guy very informative. The guy doing the est., didn't care. And they had 1 price on the flooring, but when they gave us the est. it was a different price(bait & switch)! Lowes was better! Plus DO NOT buy any underlayment at lumber liq.. Twice as much as any where else. T & A supplies off cloverdale has the underlayment floor pad much cheaper(HALF the price). Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

I ordered some flooring 3-4 weeks in advance of a planned 70 mile trip to the store. When I arrived, I noticed that there was a sale going on and inquired if I could get the sale price. Morosely and silently, the clerk reported my savings a few moments later. Oh well, I guess we can't all be expected to engage customers with a smile and a little communication. Then he said pull your vehicle up to the door. I did and waited for a long time. Finally, someone noticed that nothing was happening. More waiting. Then I got the news that they didn't have it in stock. I explained my now needless 140 mile round trip. Expecting them to express real regret for their screw-up, I got more deadpan and a date for when the order would arrive (~1.5 weeks). I had expected something like, "Sir, we are so sorry about this. Let me talk to the manager to see what we can do to make this right." But this was not forthcoming. The employees all looked pretty unhappy.
