Very poor customer service. Absolutely zero communication on project both during or after. No one contacted me to ask how work was completed or if done correctly. They left sanding scratch marks everywhere. Very unprofessional.

Horrible customer service. In addition, man in van V 42697 should not be allowed to drive!

I have a beautiful hand scrapped walnut hardwood floor that was water damaged after a bad dishwasher installation. I was worried that it would be difficult to replace just the damaged part of my floor and match the existing wood. I was worried that the entire floor would have to be replaced and I would be out of my home for a week. Rob at R and R was pretty confident he could match the wood and just fix the damaged part so I decided to go with the repair job instead of a replacement job. Rob was able to match the hardwood perfectly! My floor looks like nothing ever happened. They were quick to get the job done. Im very pleased with my outcome and I would recommend R and R to anyone needed hardwood floor work.

They do AMAZING floors trust me, my dad Justin Simpson who works for this company has been in this business for almost over 16 years. I love how hard working all these guys work, but also have a connection with the owners of the house they do. They dont just show up then leave. They love to just have a connection with these people. There floors are unique I've never seen a floor the same. i think there secret is they get to know the owner of the house or building that there doing and on what they feel about them they put it into their floors. They work there butts off. My dad sometimes takes me and\or my brother to some of his jobs and we help with him. My dad take "new recruiters" and teaches them. The guys who work at R&R there not friends their family. My dad has been at this job like i said almost more then 16 years. I'm his oldest daughter i'm 16 and i literally grew up with these guys. and they are still at this job even though they dont get paid enough for how much they do, but i think the only reason this job makes them stay is cause they grew a bond with everyone and they LOVE what they do. So if u want your floors done go to them, and maybe i might get to see you.
