I'm in the starting phase of an RV remodel and went into the Milwaukee location to look around. The employee's throughout the store were very friendly. I met an employee named Rhonda while I was looking in the lumber aisle. I wasn't exactly sure what I was looking for, but thankfully she was very knowledgable. She assisted me not only with answering all my questions, but also showing me a variety of options that I could use. She also helped me figure out the square footage of my projects. She informed me of the prices and explained the process. I was very pleased with her pleasant demeanor and grateful for her insights. It's so nice to know that there are people willing to do such a great job. Even when they are aware that an individual's just window shopping at the moment. I'd definitely recommend anyone and everyone who is working on, or thinking of doing a Honey-Do project. To visit and see for themselves their inventory and the professional staff at this location. Thanks to the staff and especially Rhonda, for making my experience a great one !

The staff there are fantastic! They are willing to go above and beyond, the customer service standards to help make purchases. Special thanks to Thomas in appliances for being so patient and helping me figure out my purchase.

Do you need any help finding something? Is the layout a little incoherent? Would you like to have a professional pontificate about a product that you don't need or will at all use? Get giant tubes of construction adhesive at sweet prices. Avoid eye contact with strangers.

I love this Home Depot. Their employees are always willing to help. Their customer service is outstanding. Plus they have veteran parking. My dad was fired from the other guys for wearing his veteran hat. Plus they have equipment rental and better products.

I came in to purchase a new stove and while I understand that the appliance person was busy, I was never once acknowledged or greeted. Several associates passed me in the store and they also did not greet me or ask if I needed assistance. I waited approximately 40 minutes with no help before deciding I'd make my purchase elsewhere.
