Wow! My husband and I are so impressed with the quality of workmanship and service we received at Capell Flooring that I had to write about it. We saved for a long time to put carpet throughout our upstairs, stairs, and in one downstairs bedroom. I wanted a bold carpet on the stairs that differed from the other carpet. Meiken used her design expertise and helped me pick a carpet that was PERFECT and then showed me how I could make it affordable for our budget. When Barry came to rip out the old and install the new, he was an absolute professional in everything he did. He took extra care to stretch and get the pad and carpet just right. I can't say enough about how positive our experience was with Capell's! And that's why I'm giving them the 5 star rating!!

We were not planning on redoing our flooring immediately after moving into our new home, but the floors were soiled by the previous owners animals and the house smelled awful. I looked around for a reputable company and found Capell has amazing reviews. Meiken met me in the showroom, was knowledgeable and helped me choose the best material for our home and lifestyle . After hearing our situation and our desire for a quick turn around, she also showed me options that they had in stock- and they had many for me to choose from! I went in on a Wednesday by Thursday they had someone scheduled to measure and Monday they started the work. Their installer did an amazing job installing our laminate flooring. He was kind, professional, hard working, trustworthy and cleaned up after himself. I did not feel I needed to micromanage at all. The project was completed sooner than we had anticipated and cost us exactly what the original quote was. I'm so thankful for the experience we had and LOVE our new flooring. I highly recommend Capell Flooring!

We were looking for local carpet installers and fount Capell. All of the reviews were positive so we were a little skeptical. But the reviews were true we had an amazing experience in the showroom, where they were very patient and courteous, we found some samples we liked and were able to take them home. We found what we liked and the installers they use are also 5 stars! I would highly recommend Capell over RC Willey's or any of the "big" chain stores!

We've used Capell's before and had good luck, so I called again when we wanted to update the counters and backsplash in the laundry room and upstairs hall bath. We also had them install new vinyl flooring in the bathroom. I couldn't be more pleased with the end result. Both installers were great!! Did the work with the minimal amount of mess and disruption and cleaned up thoroughly when they were finished. It all looks spectacular. I couldn't be happier. I would highly recommend Capell's from the sales personnel to the installers.

Meiken, Justin and the crew at Capell are very knowledgeable and friendly. We went through Capell to replace all the flooring in our home this fall and it was such a good experience that I used them again for an apartment renovation. Meiken was extremely responsive when I needed to adjust products and get new quotes, she answered questions promptly and is always, genuinely friendly. This business is a hidden gem.
