I love this place. If you are willing to wait it out they will usually have the supplies you need for a project. For me, recycling materials is great for saving things from going to a landfill but it also allows my retirement dollars to stretch much further. Perusing the aisles I always see things that would work well and never walk out empty handed. The people aren't the friendliest but they are all over worked volunteers from what I can tell. I would love volunteering there but probably spend more money on projects that I can't finish.

Really cool place for do-it-yourselfers with projects at home. A huge selection of used Windows and doors to fit older homes for replacement. Used, donated plumbing and electrical supplies, light fixtures, bathroom items, vanities, cabinets.....You get the idea. All profits go to Habitat for Humanity charities, so your money goes to a good cause. It's almost as low as garage sale pricing with a huge selection.

Kind of high prices for some stuff, other stuff it's a steal. No happy medium. Because it's a resell shop and for a non profit organization, I'd love to see prices maybe go by income to a point. I know that would be harder, but some people go there because they are desperate for need of something for their family and it's cheaper sometimes to go online and some items aren't much cheaper in used condition than you can buy a brand new item at a big box store during a good sale But for some crafty people like myself, it's an exciting store to walk into and see potential diy projects if the price is right

Purchasing from the Habitat for Humanity ReStore allows you to contribute to the work that they do indirectly. You can usually find building supplies, doors, shutters, household decor, and pretty much everything for your DIY project. The money you spend goes to the HH rather than to the big box retailer. Quality goods for a really reasonable price!

This used to be the place to go to get good products at great prices. This place is become so commercialized that the prices are 3/4 of the price of a brand-new product at the store and are used. other products are actually higher-priced than those at the store. just be aware of your price market before you come here thinking you got a great deal.
