I have worked with Sunderland Brothers for over 3 years now. Many people don’t know that they are a distributing company. Which would be the reason they don’t sell to the public. They do have expensive tile but that is because almost all of their tile is porcelain or a natural stone. It is a high quality tile and a high end tile. That is what they sell so it shouldn’t really be a surprise to anyone that it is more expensive and takes longer to get. I have found it is very easy to work with the people at Sunderland Brothers and I will continue to work with them. They are a class act.

Drive and place look deserted. Bushes overgrown and just blah looking for the customer. Walked and no one said hi or even greeted our family of three. Looked around and still no one said hi to us. We left and was very disappointed in the service we received from this company. I would not recommend!!

Decent tile selection but extremely expensive. Ordering tile there takes way too long as they only place orders once a week (if that) with delivery occurring two weeks later! There are better tile options out there.

They don't sell to the public.
