I would love to give this a 5-star rating. I used them 5-years ago and got 4-star flooring (it would have been 5-star rating except for a few quality hiccups along the way). This time was a different experience. We had concrete in a room polished and finished, the end result was a semi-matte floor (we were looking for more shine). Even that would have been acceptable if it weren't for the product used to fill concrete holes. It was mentioned it would be darker than the flooring a bit - but the end result was a significantly darker material than the concrete leaving us with extremely dark patches, and leaving the floor merely looking "prepped" to get covered with carpet or wood in the future. Additionally, they left behind all the garbage and byproduct including close to 200lbs of cement dust in black garbage bags that tore the second we moved them, and boxes of empty chemical sealant. I had a consultant come out to find a solution for the dark patches all over the floor and found out there are materials that would have matched the actual concrete very closely. Most sections of the floor are "acceptable" - but the overall experience and end product left a lot to be desired for the price.

The site promises "A lifetime of maintenance free beauty". Nope. James and Nathan (never met anybody named Lou DeCillis) took over $2700 and left behind a floor that rubber-soled athletic shoes mar. They left nails embedded in the clear coat finish which are quite painful to step on. They removed several of these, but as more have been discovered they are not interested in correcting this expensive mess of a floor.
