Great customer service and knowledge of individual departments. Michael Wilson was great helping me understand the difference of exhaust fans and lights. Tammie Smith and Michael helped me check out 3 carts full of bathroom remodeling purchases...they were very patient and helpful to assure I got the appropriate financing I desired.

I was looking to get a key copied and the minutekey kiosk made working duplicates for me. I didn't have to wait in a line or find someone in the department to help me so over all I'm pretty pleased. I was a little disappointed at the advertisement the suggested if I bought two keys I could get the third free would allow my to make copies of different keys. I even signed up for the minutekey account which was supposed to allow me to do two keys in one transaction at the Green level, but don't be fooled. If it asks "do you want to copy another key after this?", it just means it will walk you through the wizard again after making three copies of your first key.

Their customer service is really bad. It's as if their employees don't realize happy, forget that, just satisfied, customers are what keeps them employed. Hope you don't need to call Lowe's customer service. Btw, menards over the phone customer service was outstanding! Wonder where I'll shop, hmm?

My experience with this store has generally been good but then again it's because I know exactly what I need where it's at and I'm in and out real fast. I have not dealt with Associates in a cashiers are nice as long as you're nice so my experience has been positive. Hopefully I don't run into any problems that's many of these other customers have. Their selection is vast but at the same time they do run out of items.

I purchased a dishwasher here at the start of 2018 and everything went GREAT until the installation. Our installer - from Sherman's Electric - screwed a bracket that's holding a hose into the bottom of of counter top and used screws that were too long - and now i have 4 screws sticking out of my counter! I have now spoken to 4 different customer service representatives at Lowe's over the past month as well as the Store Manager Charles who all keep telling me 'someone from claims will call you'. No calls. So much for the "Installation Guarantee". Undoubtedly it will take a Small Claims suit to finally get a call. Buy your appliances somewhere that takes care of the customer - not here.
