Out of most home improvement store I think this one gets the left over that no one else wants. I was just there, for 45 minutes trying to find a picnic table. Asked one guy down by the other outdoor tables. He told me to go to lumber because it was wood. Went to lumber and met a rude guy name rick who wouldn’t let me talk and laughed at me when I tried to tell him the description of and and needed up just saying go to customer service or lawn and garden. Go to customer service and she calls someone that doesn’t know. Then says hold on this guy who was ringing people up will help you when he is done. 5 minutes later I just walked out. Bottom of the barrel customer service and employee knowledge. Drive the extra few miles to go to home depot

Lowe's has better quality product than menards but is compared to Home Depot. Store is laid out nice and employees are able to help and answer questions on products. I gave 3 stars because they only have 1 to 2 checkout employees most of the time or the self checkouts don't work (usually 1 or all of them). Also gave it 3 stars due to poor management of holding product. Usually product that a customer is coming to pickup for is already pulled and at the service desk. Every time I have had to wait 20 to 40 minutes for an employee to try and find my product I purchased.

Don’t ever get a Lowe’s store credit card, they make it a nightmare to use. 30 minutes later I was able to use the 20 buck store credit

We’ve always had decent service here. We are about equidistant to this location & the Maple Grove one. With the staff here being much more knowledgeable and willing to help, the Plymouth Lowe’s is an easy choice.

We ordered a washer and dryer in-store and it has been an absolute nightmare. No one in the department was able to help us for over an hour. We ordered on Wednesday 8/30, and were told they would be delivered Friday 9/1 between 8am and noon. We had also paid an additional pickup fee to have them pickup an old fridge we had in the basement. We were told that the delivery people would install both appliances as long as we had the hoses and parts. After they didn't show up, we called the store continuously but no one would answer the phone. We went to the Maple Grove location for something else and asked about it at their appliance dept. The salesperson there said we were actually scheduled for Friday 9/8 between 8am and noon. She also called the Plymouth store for us, and they answered on the first try. She gave us a really rude look as if she didn't believe us. On Thursday 9/7, the delivery people called to verify our delivery window of Friday 9/8 from 8am to noon., and to confirm the pickup of 3 appliances. Friday 9/8 at about 1pm we contacted the store as we had not yet received our delivery. The shipping manager said we were scheduled for an afternoon delivery, and was very rude and unhelpful regarding the issue. I told her that I had taken off work for the previous Friday morning, as well as this morning, for this delivery, and she stated that it was "out of her hands". The delivery came at about 2:30pm. They installed the washer, but would not touch the gas line to unhook our dryer. That is when we found out that unless we paid for the $100 installation package, they would only do the water hookups and that's it. They said we could call Lowe's to have the dryer picked up once we were able to have it disconnected. The delivery people also had no note or record of our fridge pickup. We had to persuade them to take it even though they had the note that they'd be picking up 3 appliances. We have yet to call to have the old dryer picked up but I suspect it will be an additional nightmare. I would have gladly paid full price for our washer and dryer from anywhere else to avoid this immense headache.
