Lori, the owner, is always patient & helpful to select carpets, from their large collection, that best suits our color needs, weave & price. I tried many different carpet samples at home for our open 3-level floorplan before I found the right ones & Lori supported me with my requests. Great place to do business.

This place is the BEST! You might have to wait for your install but it's worth the wait.

My experience with this family owned and operated carpet store was terrific. I had never purchased carpet before and found a recommendation for Carpet City on a website written by a carpet layer who is not affiliated with the business. Lori, the owner, was extremely personable & helpful, guiding me through the process of determining my needs & evaluating the pros and cons of different products. Carpet City does not get a commission from different manufacturers, so the focus is on finding and selling a carpet which fits the customer's specifications and price range. James, who came to our house to measure, then returned to remove & replace the carpet was meticulous, friendly, & very precise in his work. We couldn't be happier, both with the quality of the carpet but also with integrity of the business owner and her staff.
