I spoke to the owner Jerry we arranged for the Installation of Pergo max laminate floor. I thought the job was fine. He did not put in the molding and upon him calling him back he wanted to charge me an outrages price around 600- $700. What’s worse I called him six months later there are very big gaps in the center of my entire first floor. I have left him several messages. He has not yet returned a single one. I used a different vendor on my second floor, I had a very slight issue there . The vendor came back the next day and fixed it completely. I Cannot understand why this company refuses to return my phone calls nor will not come backend Fix the job he did !! This be the last person Company I would use to install laminate . Jerry the owner Seemed like a very nice guy in the beginning. I’m going to try and see if I can find a way of posting a photo. The gaps on the first floor Are noticeable and unacceptable six months after installation! Needless to say I’m very upset. and I would highly advise anyone considering this company look elsewhere !!!

Jerry and his crew at Fleetwood Flooring are the best. They took the hardwood floors in my house, that was built in 1930, and made them look brand new. They worked quickly and were done in two days. Job started Monday and we were putting furniture back Thursday night! Can't express enough how amazing my floors look and how happy we are with the work! 5 stars isn't enough for the quality of the job they did.

Fleetwood 're-finished' and stained hardwoood flooring throughout our house and laid new wood in the kitchen two years ago. Within days of being 'finished' the sealer (oil-based) was peeling throughout the floors and they never fixed it. We now have exposed wood that needs to be completely re-done. I can send pictures from two years ago and today if you want to see evidence of their shoddy work.

Very happy with the work Fleetwood Flooring had done. Met with Jerry (owner) and his crew's work was beautiful, in a timely fashion, and house was cleaned up nicely. I would not hesitate recommending to others. I highly recommend them

December 2012 The owner Jerry seemed professional and very polite upfront. We gave the 50% deposit 2 weeks prior. What Jerry didn't mention was that they subcontract out to other companies. The company that came to do my floors did a "Fast job". Every other contractor said 3-4 days with oil based polyurethane - somehow Jerry's guys were in and out in under 2 days. When we finally went to look on the 3rd night - there were large cracks (a quarter or two could fit in them) that weren't filled. All my doors were left unlocked. Half of my windows were left unlocked. The lights were all left on. My bathroom which had just been painted (and didn't even have wood floors) was kicked and now I have to rip the area apart, spackle, sand and spot paint - so it will look terrible. There is a nick in the kitchen wall as well. When I mentioned all this to Jerry, first he said I must be mistaken about the cracks. Then he asked me for the check and said he'd come that night for the check and send his guys back the next day to look at it. When I said I wouldn't pay until the job was done, I was given a great deal of attitude about it. They came the next day and Jerry acknowleded the cracks were rather large and should have been filled. While I do feel vindicated knowing I was right, all they did was add some wood putty and leave. No offer for money back for the damage to my walls. No offer to have them come and apply an extra coat of poly to make sure the putty stays put. It was like they rushed my floors with no care. And this was 2 weeks before Christmas - you'd think people would be kinder. I would NOT recommend them to anyone.
