Went to the Mt. Olive, NJ Lowe's (for the last time), for some lumber and paint. The wood there as usual was not good, all 10 of the 1x3 boards were bent, and all but 4 of the 1x2s were bent as well. So I just got the 4 and some paint (which by the way I asked for satin finish and received gloss instead, so I couldn't even use the paint) and I went to use my $10 off every $50 coupon at Lowes, and I asked the guy to put it in the bag because it was reusable and the guy said he already did. Got home, and not only was it not in the bag, but he never even gave me the $10 off to begin with!!! So I called up and politely asked what to do, and the customer service lady rudely said "nothing we can do" and just hangs up the phone! I couldn't believe it! I feel that I'm a very patient and polite person, so it takes a lot for me to get upset, but this is it! Now I have spent tens of thousands of dollars there restoring one house and now onto my second, and this is how they appreciate their customers? Not only am I cancelling my Lowes card, I'm opening a Home Depot card asap! Thanks a lot Lowe's, another satisfied customer.

I normally don write reviews but people need to know about this abusive Lowes store. Please do not go here! kitchen design is the worse deal I have ever made. Kraft maid did a cheap job, messed up the measurements cabinets came 3 times and they are still wrong. this is the 3rd delivery and I still don't have the cabinets finish. They keep arguing that i signed off to something i did not. The problem is that my design was made by some Randi Lady that by the way i have never met bc ahe was on vacations so Britney was covering for her the day of my appointment to finalize the design, well it seems britney did not enter things right including measurements bc cabinets were too large for half of the kitchen and the roll outs i asked for pantry where not included so as the side panels. I was supposed to have installation finish on March 6 my moving date was March 12. We are May 15 and I am still fighting for them to finish my kitchen. I had to pay for so much extra money to the contractors working at the house to do nothing bc until kitchen and bath cabinets were not installed they couldnt move forward. I agreed to pay for the roll outs they didnt include in the design just bc I wanted to finish so the 3rd designer involved (Louise) was the only one helping me and facing the problem. Now when they were almost done I asked for the side panels and they answer me that's the way is supposed to be. I have side panels on one side of the kitchen and the other side no panels. Thats the way Kraft Maid works and of course Lowes supports them. They want me to pay for the panels but they wont accept their negligence and just finish the job right to compensate for all my loss. On the top of that the manager Frank Lucius has never contacted me at all no matter how many times I asked for him. They send me to a coordinator Penny who says she can only help me with installation so was helpless since the store wont help me they just want to keep taking money out of me like $50,000 is not enough???? It seems once they get paid everybody is busy or out on vacations . I hope the authorities can do something about them so they learn to treat people with respect and consideration after we spend a huge sum of money for a trashy job.

Can't answer phones. When I get an answer, they dont respond with a name and they sound like they are asleep. They need a class on phone etiquette.
