Went to the Mt. Olive, NJ Lowe's (for the last time), for some lumber and paint. The wood there as usual was not good, all 10 of the 1x3 boards were bent, and all but 4 of the 1x2s were bent as well. So I just got the 4 and some paint (which by the way I asked for satin finish and received gloss instead, so I couldn't even use the paint) and I went to use my $10 off every $50 coupon at Lowes, and I asked the guy to put it in the bag because it was reusable and the guy said he already did. Got home, and not only was it not in the bag, but he never even gave me the $10 off to begin with!!!
So I called up and politely asked what to do, and the customer service lady rudely said "nothing we can do" and just hangs up the phone! I couldn't believe it! I feel that I'm a very patient and polite person, so it takes a lot for me to get upset, but this is it! Now I have spent tens of thousands of dollars there restoring one house and now onto my second, and this is how they appreciate their customers? Not only am I cancelling my Lowes card, I'm opening a Home Depot card asap!
