I would not recommend this place. Had wrong carpet installed. Was hard to get a callback from them to address the issue. Finally had a callback from them they said is was the manufacturer who sent wrong carpet. They said our name would be top of the list for installing correct carpet and that they would call to install carpet that week. Never heard from them for an entire week. We finally called them on a Friday carpet went in that Tuesday. Once the carpet was installed they were quick to call us because they wanted to get paid. I figured since they made me wait for the carpet I would make them wait for their money. They called everyday wanting to get paid. Funny how we call them and nothing is addressed or fixed but they wanted their money right away. Poor business management

WORST COMPANY EVER! Did our kitchen floor and installed a cheap look alike of what we ordered and took him 2 days. When we approached them about the wrong flooring they played it off as if was our fault and then for our carpeting the installer only did one room a day. When I was told everything would be completed in three days time it is now going onto four days!!! I have to call off work for this imbecile of a carpet installer who shows up late and hangouts in his car for over an hour at a time can finish the installation. It took him from 12:30pm-4:30pm to install carpeting in an 8X10 room 4 hours!! FOR ONE ROOM??? STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY WILL ROB YOU BLIND AND JERK YOU AROUND IN EVERY WAY THEY CAN.

I had a kitchen floor put in this April and now there is a large bubble under the vinyl. Craft said it's the installers problem. The issue is they supplied the installer. The installer sent out another guy to look at it and he said there's no fix other then to put another floor in due to the fact the reason way the bubble came about was because the surface "that they prepared" wasn't done correctly. I paid out close to $1000 and now the floor has been in 4 months and i have been dealing with this run around garbage for the last two. I would give them no stars it I was able.
