The important part of this review. SERIOUSLY, I WAS IN YOUR STORE FOR THREE HOURS AND NOT A SINGLE EMPLOYEE ASK IF I NEEDED ANYTHING!!!!!!!! * I was in the store dealing with the plumbing section for three hours and did not have a single employee ask if I needed anything, or could help. My three hours would have easily been cut in half if there plumbing fitting we're not all mixed up and in the wrong boxes. At one point I did have a question so I tracked someone down and they radioed for assistance but no one ever came. The question wasn't that big of a deal so I didn't bother asking again. BUT I MEAN SERIOUSLY, I WAS IN YOUR STORE FOR THREE HOURS AND NOT A SINGLE EMPLOYEE ASK IF I NEEDED ANYTHING!!!!!! Wether I need any assistance or not, that is one start customer service (assuming there is not a lower rating).

I'm satisfied with this place. I know a lot of people prefer its competitors, but there is a variety of things you may need and I feel the customer satisfaction is great. I know the manager takes it upon himself to investigate any complaints, and any issue I have is resolved in a timely manner. This is a good established business at a convenient location.

I won't ever go back to this store. I'm disabled and require a mobility cart. I was told by the 2 women working at the return counter that the 2 carts they had parked there were the only ones they have and they were both dead. How am i supposed to shop in your store if i can't get around in it. This is against the law you are supposed to be handicap accessible. And only having 2 carts is not accessible especially in a big city like El Paso.

The convenience store of the Lowes branch. The only reason we shop here is because of convenience. If we had a home Depot within 20 miles we would shop there. Staff will assist if requested, constant maze that shifts every 5 minutes and not a straight board after the lunch rush. Two stars because I still go, though I loathe the experience after and the branch offers a nice discount.

Store is busy so it always looks rummaged through. Their employees are hard to locate, but once you get one, they are usually helpful & knowledgeable. Well, as long as you get an employee that has been there awhile.
