Don't get me wrong it's a good store. But high prices and crummy customer service when it comes to a specific problem a customer asks for guidance on.... Not worth it. Home Depot has same quality of products with lower prices and way better customer service

Staff is incredibly lazy. Had to ask three people where something was located, two of the three said I'm not sure then just pointed us to the opposite end of the store. Third employee showed us where we needed to go. While checking out, no cashiers were open. Went to self check out, asked a question about how do we enter in our info so we can get the 10 percent off we normally get, gentleman said let me get you help, then the other cashier said that it couldn't be done on self check out, which is fine. She said "I guess I can check you out to apply it," but I just declined. Not sure what the issue with customer service is, but if you have employees that don't want to work, hire new people.

Normally Lowe's is the place we go to for any projects but today the service at the paint department was terrible. I got to the counter with a gallon of paint and was not acknowledged for a good 5 minutes even though there was 2 young ladies working the department. They were too preoccupied talking and not acknowledging custmers.

I went to home depot looking for grade 8 bolts for my trailer hitch. I asked an employee for assistance and he gave me the bolts I thought were needed. While walking out of the aisle an older gentlemen employee asked if I found what I was looking for and I said yes. I showed him the bolts and he asked me what they were for so I told him, door a trailer hitch. He looks at me and says " You want to lose your trailer on the highway? " I replied explicit no. He said the bolts you have are no t solid ones, who helped you he asked? The gentleman right there. Well I stormed out of the store angry and said to myself, if the first employee didn't know what I needed he should have asked someone with more knowledge on what I needed. Well to make a long story short, Thank you Lowes, you save my trailer form being causing an accident or even hurting someone seriously.

Customer service sucks. We had three carts full of stones, bricks, soil, and flowers. We asked at the register if we could get assistance in loading and no one showed up. Sister and I loaded truck and when we got to the end of the bricks a stranger stopped to help us. Don't go there if you're going to need help loading.
