Asked am employee Lannaeh for help and she was the rudest person to us. We have a work account with Lowes and never experienced someone as rude as her. If i were management there I'd want to be informed to let her go.

I love Lowe's... Just not their installation services. Everything on their behalf was ok. When it comes to the SUBcontractors not so much. It was easy to get the Lowe's associate to come to my home and take measurements. I then went down to sign the contract and from there everything went downhill. I had to call Lowe's twice to have them remind their subcontractor to reach out to me to setup the install. I was also told that install would be possible on the weekends, NOT TRUE (in my case.) The contractor was only available Monday through Friday. They were very rude over the phone and bigger jerks in person. I was sitting in my living room listening to them curse and complain during the install. I am also pretty sure that every screw is stripped because they did not take the time to install my door properly. This was the worst month long headache I have ever dealt with. NEVER REQUESTING A SERVICE AGAIN. 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽

Don't expect anything resembling service here. It's the closest place to get home improvement stuff to my house and I frequently end up trying to convince myself that "it won't be so bad" and each time it is. It's incredibly difficult to find an employee if you need help and even if you find one they will likely be rude to you. I've been yelled at by an employee here for asking for help in the plumbing department. Expect the only registers open to be the self checkouts, which is a huge pain if you're buying something like individually coded tiles. The only pro is that they do have a key machine so you can quickly get keys made without having to deal with finding an employee. I would recommend going anywhere else. I'm not a huge Home Depot fan, but I've had much better overall experiences at the nearby Home Depot.

Poor customer service- They seem to put "diversity hiring" ahead of hiring based on merit. Saw several team members that appeared either bored, apathetic, or unable to speak English. A couple employees were afflicted with the stereotypical "rebellious teenager" demeanor(colorful clown hair, covered in piercings and tattoos, bloodshot eyes, etc.) and looked and acted very unprofessional. On the busiest days, they only have 2 checkout lanes open with clerks, the others are self-checkout lanes stopped-up with "manager lockout required" errors and only one person to sort it out.
