Been buying carpet and tile here for over a decade, great staff, good to work with, the few times we had issues they were quick to fix it.

My wife and I have many projects that require new flooring in homes. We came here for the good reviews and we where not disappointed! Randy Jordan helped us get exactly what we wanted and for a great price! We will be back and hope to do more and more business.

Great place. Excellent staff. Well informed.

We chose this store because of the great reviews. Two different trips into the store and two different bad experiences. We had a huge job,but couldn't get past the terrible customer service. We always prefer buying local but had to take our business elsewhere.

Better than House of Floors, LLC I used both companies and The Floor Store had better customer service (communication was more helpful, precise and explained the process in totality). Instillation was for a small commercial application and I felt like Tori understood my goals and worked with them as opposed to against or up selling. Overall experience was above average and I would use them again!
