This store is completely unorganized and not true to stock based on the online in stock. I would give this store a one star, but you have one associate by the name of CAMERON GARCIA that was complelely helpful and asked us multiple times if we were doing okay; even when we were waiting for over an hour to pick up items that we ordered in store, he walked by and offered to help us. Going with that, we waited for over an hour in customer service to pick up two items which we ordered in store three weeks ago. The associate that assisted during the order process in April recommend a drain that would fit the tub we were also ordering to save some money. He reassured us multiple times that the drain would fit our bathtub because I was not positive that it would. In the end, it didn’t like I figured it wouldn’t, so now I have to return the drain and wait longer for the correct one. Alongside with this order process as stated before, we waited over an hour for an associate to bring our items from the receiving department. Susan, the lead cashier, helped start the process which took fifteen minutes, gave instructions to both Richard and Bill in plumbing to pick my items, then left because her shift ended. I ended up waiting another forty five minutes after this. Jared, poor guy, ended up dealing with us and he came into the process blindly because there was no communication between the other associates. I ended up calling the store to speak with a manager because one wouldn’t come to the floor to speak with me, surprise surprise, they never answered the phone. I will be calling back for 1. To deliver my distaste for this whole process, 2. To tell the managers how WONDERFUL Cameron and Jared were. I’m highly unsatisfied with this store. It’s not the first time we’ve had issues with this and guaranteed it won’t be the last.

Went to Lowe's today to shop for a new security screen door. The selection was quite good and we located three that we liked very much. We found one that did not have a reserved inventory space and had no price info. We asked the associate for the price expecting only to hear the number. Instead he gave the price and started to ask questions about our entry door and the type of materials and finishes of the existing door jamb. He gave us a quick overview of the prep, tools and proper installation instructions for the three doors we are specifically interested in purchasing. The info was invaluable and saved us from the possibility of buying a door that isn't compatible with the way our entryway is constructed. I have some homework to do before returning to get a door I'm confident will provide us the best security and aesthetic qualities. The associate's experience and insight gave me a very comfortable feeling and will have me driving past Home Depot when I return to town to make the purchase. It has been at least two years and 40 trips to Home Depot or Lowe's since I encountered a sales associate with as much knowledge about the products in any department.

Consistently poor customer service at this location. Last time I went there, I waited over an hour for multiple associates to fail to locate a swamp cooler pad their website said they had 42 of. I was ultimately told to just come back when they had restocked the shelf. This most recent visit I waited 20 minutes and had to ask 3 times before someone got me the propane tank I purchased. Even had one associate somewhat accuse me of trying to steal the propane because she didn't seem to understand they sold new cylinders in addition to exchanging them. And on top of that, they overcharged for the new cylinder by $1.75 over what the sticker on the cages says. Finally, I also bought a screen door that, upon opening up at home I found was missing all the hardware and has a tear in it. Dreading going back to this store one final time to return it, but after that Lowe's has lost a customer and Home Depot has gained one.

Decent sale prices and helpful staff. I wish they would make up their minds about military discounts. They do, then they don't and now they do, but you have to register at customer service or on line or you don't get the discount. Home Depot only requires proof of military service.

I drive a little out of the way to shop at Lowe's because I usually find them knowledgeable and friendly. When I have had to return items (including a kitchen stove) they were cooperative and helpful.
