The people are really nice but it is consistently understaffed. There is a sign that says that they will open another register if there are more than 4 people in line and every time I am there this doesn't happen. They will only have 2 registers open and 5 or 6 people in line at each. Today I needed to have the 5 gallon bucket of paint I was buying shaken but no one was at the paint counter. I (politely) let customer service know multiple times that no one was coming over and she eventually told me to ask a manager who was at a register with 5 people in line! I bought the paint and will bring it to the Santa Fe Lowe's to get shaken (they were out of that particular paint in Santa Fe to begin with).

Understaffed in the customer service. Stood in line for 25 minutes as one person tried to help the long line. Lady behind the desk was great but understandable overwhelmed.

This store is absolutely filthy, I understand it is a home improvement store and not going to be spotless, but the shelves look like a tornado went through which makes finding things quite difficult. The store is horribly understaffed and the staff that are there don't know the difference between a screwdriver and a hammer. If you're coming from Los Alamos, drive the extra 15 minutes and go to Home Depot in Santa Fe.

Great place if you have a green thumb for plants that need a little tlc. Picked these up for a buck.

Cluttered aisles Garden staff unable to answer basic garden questions. A lot of items without pricing. Compared to other Lowe's stores I give them one since it's the lowest I can go
