Pretty nice people working here. I haven't had any major issues but I do have a couple of suggestions which I'm sure may have already been mentioned. Employees should maybe know more than just where something is. Sometimes it's like shopping at a 24 hour Walmart while they're restocking. They know where it all goes but have no clue about what they're putting on the shelf. At night when there's only the closing shift it's much worse. Sometimes there's no one who knows anything. Cashiers don't know anything. I get a lot of "well there's no one here in that department". Still nice people though.

Would give minus stars if I could. After spending hours shopping Lowe"s Albuquerque online site for (4) security doors, I went to closest store to place my order, only to be told that I could not get the style I had selected. I then spent the next 3 1/2 hours in store at their computer selecting other options while having to flip from screen to screen trying to determine the door design, door and screen type and colors without being able to put it together or actually see any of the materials in front of me. 100% of the order had to paid for upfront, which after paying over $5000.00, did not include the hardware which had to be purchased seperately. Delivery was 1 month later with another week for instillation. When the doors arrived, the contrast between doors and screen colors was not something I would have selected if the options had been available in front of me when placing order. Now have to live for a very long time with the very big expense of something that I really not happy with. My advice is don't trust or shop with Lowe's. Footnote: the very doors that I was told were not available to me are still on the Lowe's home shopping website.

We are trying to buy a storage shed so naturally we go to Lowe's first. My boyfriend went twice to get information but no one knew anything. They even had one listed in stock but the guy assumed it was the display and didn't even bother looking. He left a message for someone to call from pro services but they didn't. We went tonight and got assistance from Brent. He was very helpful. He got us all the information he could and then took us to look to see if they had one in stock and yes! they did. A million thanks to Brent for taking time for us!!

In my opinion, It seems like the store is a lot more relaxed and looking better since the new manger is in place. I'm sure as soon as the new manger has their own team in place, the store will be as good as it was when Walt was there. Jury is still out but I'm hoping for the best!

Garden center has the best helpful employees. I actually drive to this location from Albuquerque because it's so convenient and helpful.
