Good location you can find just about anything for home improvement. Make sure you look for the clearance items on the end caps for great deals. Also if there is not (a brand or type) of what your looking for, ask for a discount! Sometimes paint area/customer service/returns representatives are hit and miss in friendliness. Garden center and self checkout help always on point as well as regular check out. This location usually very well stocked!

I needed to buy a new doorknob. Asked for help to re-key my new knob. I waited 45 minutes for help. I asked 4 times the cashier to locate someone. She tried 4 times, and nobody showed up. When I finally got a hold of someone, he told me I needed to wait 30 to 45 minutes. I got extremely pissed and I went to Lowe's. Much better customer service.

Not surprised with the lack of customer service. Scheduled and paid for a delivery on a certain day. My item came very damaged. It was sent back and I was told to call. I got the run-around the whole time. I was then told to make my delivery for a different day that was not convenient to me. I think that if I'm paying almost $100 for a delivery fee and waiting between the times of 630am and 8pm for it to be delivered that it should be a day that's convenient for me. A lady whose name is Wendy was rude over the phone and had no interest in resolving the problem for me. Not to mention the past couple of times that I've shopped there everyone seems miserable and are incapable of answering any of my questions.

Shopped at Home Depot 5/19. Excellent Customer service in the bug and rodent control department, very helpful. Checking out, very friendly cashier.

This is not one of the better Home Depots in town. Its generally hard to find help unless you're there at closing time. Recently I had picked out a bunch of boards and when I wanted them cut the saw was broken....how about a sign up front stating such, as sometimes people invest quite a bit of time loading a lumber card just to have to leave empty-handed due to a surprise? Also, the manager needs to fix the hardware section! The nuts and bolts are the worst mess I have ever seen. Many many bins were out, plus they all had so much mixed up other hardware and sizes in them it was completely impossible to find anything. I told the cashier they were losing biz as now I had to wait and go elsewhere for my hardware so why not just buy everything in 1 place. They said "it's a lot of work". Funny worked in a hardware store and of course you have to devote some labor to organization. They lost a couple hundred bucks from just me, i can only imagine how many thousands this is costing them in the long run. This reflects poorly on the management, not on the rest of the staff. Get it together people!
