I would like to extend my sincere appreciation to Debbie in the installation department for her superb customer service and support. To make a long story short, she ensured I received prompt service from their contracted plumbing company within a day instead of four. I had already been six days without the use of my kitchen water faucet. I strongly recommend to any person who may have a concern or even compliment to speak with Debbie. You'll find her to be patient and understanding. It is not everyday that I find people with awesome customer service like Debbie. Additionally, please thank Keith, Henry, and Sylvia from Elite plumbing, heating, and cooling inc. for their outstanding work in installing the kitchen faucet and next day scheduling. The faucet was installed in less than 30 minutes and it's been a week and no leaks.

l Purchased a Char Broil Advantage 6-burner grill for $450. I was assured by the department manager that the grill was convertible to natural gas and was sold a $60 conversion kit. The kit did not include replacement orifices. When I questioned the lack of replacements I was told that they were not needed. After battling with low gas pressure and burners constantly blowing out in the slightest breeze I contacted Char Broil. Advantage grills are not convertible. I should have known better to never, never, never assume that Lowe's employees actually know what they are talking about.

Would love to give 0 stars. BEWARE of installed sales team and promises they make when doing a remodel with them. 4 weeks past the date at this point and no end in site. Lots of empty promises. Edit...bathroom 2 months past completion date and still nothing! We have managed the project ourselves and are finally getting results without Lowes.

It's Lowe's what more can I say. Ok actually I can say even though this store is bigger, I prefer the Lowe's in Rio Rancho more. The cashiers have great attitudes and the bathrooms are way cleaner and in the front of the store. Other than that I like Lowe's better than the orange colored competition.

I think they have a very good selection of products here and the associates have always been very helpful. They also carry a decent section of smart home items.
