I have never had a problem with those location before, and I will still continue not to unless I ever have to deal with Leslie again.
She was in the customer service section and was “alrightâ€, when we had to ask her a question. She was helpful, but then she was told to move to cashier and help check out customers at the cash register next to the customer service area and everything went downhill from there.
That was the worst encounter I have ever had with a cashier. She was rude, snarky attitude, and just didn’t want to check out my items. Is this the integrity Lowes really wants? Do yourselves a favor management and take care of this toxic person. I also had a coupon signing up for the advantage card through Lowe’s, and it specifically states “Save $30 off your first purchase with your new Lowe’s advantage cardâ€, which I had brought up with Leslie and she rudely tells me that on the bottom line that states “if your purchase is $299 or more you can select promotional financing instead of this discount†and says that I have to spend $299.
