I went into the store to buy some bolts and have some wood cut. Barbara helped me get everything I needed. Great service! I also had wood cut by Geoffrey. Very nice, very helpful. Highly recommend!

Lowes has changed! It used to have great trained employees but not anymore! & good luck finding someone to help you! Esp at 'Customer Service' ! Don't even try to call ahead. I used to enjoy shopping at Lowes but now even if you order online and pick it up at the store it takes a very long time! Time for Corp to get a manager in there that knows what to do!

Terrible! I’ve been trying to order a range for 3 weeks. All I need them to do is measure my cabinets to see what alterations need to be made. Every time I call and select appliances, no one answers. Taken my name and number on 2 separate occasions and never received a call back. Called and asked for a manager. Apparently manager is out to lunch, forever, because no one ever calls back. I’ve never tried so hard to spend money somewhere. What a joke.

Give it 1 star because it won't allow me to give no stars Bought a hot watet heater there that doesn't work. Tried to call Lowes was put on hold for 13 minutes and got hung up on. I had to drive to the store only to be told to call the manufacturer who then told me I could not return the hot water heater for a new one. I had to get a local plumber to diagnose the problem. Called the one they gave me and he said it would be a week before he could get to me. So that puts my son daughter in law and my 7 month old granddaughter without hot water for 2 weeks. Bottom line dont shop at Lowes and dont buy AO Smith products, THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCTS. Should have gone to Home Depot. Why will it not allow me to give you a thumbs down?

While still waiting for someone to help after being ignored by 2 employees, and now another employee leaves to find someone to cut blinds he's ditched us. Over an hour has gone by now, there's just no excuse for this bad of customer sevice. Now the kid that left us just tried to sneak by us and he took off his vest. We noticed and he turned and walked the other direction. They can't even ditch work effectively. Mary now has come up and at least she is trying to help us with our order. After another several minutes she gave up and told us the only person could help us after she got off lunch. The customer service has dramaticly gone down at Lowe's and employees no nothing about home improvement, lawn care, or working with their hands (tools). Coming to Lowe's is almost as bad as going to Wal-Mart and asking for help their. This review has been added to for over an hour and we're still waiting to get the items ordered.
