Lowe's is super user friendly. The plants aren't the best, can be hit or miss. Wood is also hit or miss. Of course the wood at all big box builders stores sucks, so I won't hold it against them. Otherwise I would give them five stars. Love the app, it tells you exactly where stuff is. Even if you ask employees they pull up the app too.

I rarely have anything bad to say about Lowe’s, but their paint department could use some customer service skills. This is by far the rudest group of women I have ever met. The elder woman was ugly to me for not standing on a certain side of the counter the other young lady just ignored me and my daughter for almost 20 min and when I asked her to prepare me some paint in the color onyx she walked away and said “she could have just said black.” Yes onyx is black, but I called it by the name on the can.

Love this store. Projects on a budget are very doable with their low prices. And if you really want to save big, ask about the cull bulk building materials! Your savings can be as high as 75%.

Most of my experience with Lowe's Home Improvement has been great, but I recently had a horrible experience with the Pro Desk. I was trying to get a bid on about $42,000 of materials and the associate at the Pro Desk acted like she was in a huge hurry and didn't have time for me. Because of this that job went to Home Depot, who was more than happy to sit down with me and help me get everything that I needed.

My husband and I came into the store to pick up some home improvement items. We had question regarding some lumber. We asked an employee named Isaiah for help. Instead of addressing us verbally he rudely pointed at a couple of piles of wood. When we inquired about what we were looking for further he stated "I don't know what to tell you" and turned around and dismissed us completely. Very unprofessional way to treat customers.
