Sun City Carpet and Flooring LLC.

Poor workmanship, left in a hurry. They had a good price, and I should've known better. They told me it would be a 3 day job, so I let my employee stay with them the first day. Well they finished on day 1 at 8 pm and employee gave them the final payment without looking around for problems. They did return and fixed a few, little issues, but ignored the big ones. The big ones: They bought and installed tile for one room--but it was two slightly different, but noticeable colors! And there was no pattern to it, just a bad looking separation of colors. In one area they installed the carpet with the nap going the other way, so THAT looks like a different color too. How could a Carpet company make such simple mistakes? The carpet seems to be very low quality and is fraying in places after just 3 months. I don't think it will last 10 years, like our old carpet did. I called them many times, but they will not fix the issues.

Bad customer service...I called on a Thursday to schedule an app. for quote my they scheduled me at 11am the next day...They never showed up called about 11:30am to ask what was going on they said they were sorry they were busy at another job and rescheduled me at 3:30pm that same day...Well 3:30 comes around still not here receive a call and I was notified they were running about 20 min. late....Decided not to have them come anymore...Does not talk good about their business...If they are not very reliable to make it to their appointments it makes me wonder how reliable they are gonna be to get the job done. Update....Yes I did give your competition a bad review and it was exactly for what I explained in the review..I didn't only contact him, or you I contacted a lot of other places and all businesses including you were able to give me an app. to come by and give me an estimate....he was not willing to do that, that's the reason for the bad review...the problem with you is you never showed up at 11 am like we scheduled...never even bothered to let me know you weren't coming...gave you the benefit of the doubt and I still had the courtesy to call you to ask if you were coming...you reschedule me at a different time and you're still having problems getting to the app on time..I can maybe understand one time having problems but two times same day not being able to get here on time🤔...You better be damn right I don't think that's worthy of a good review...With you being a business owner you should know punctuality is very important....Plus we both know what I'm writing here is what really happened with your company so makes me wonder if you really think I was giving a bad review to your competitor just cause I have a bad attitude or maybe cause you really weren't punctual🤔 This is your bussiness, reviews reflect on your business not mine..A good business owner respects a customers time, which you didn't do with me....Thank you sir have a great day, I will be glad to give my business to a good company🤗 Be sure to check on my positive reviews with your competitors just like you were so quick to check the only other bad one.

I was very impressed by the punctuality at my home quote and even at the time of the carpet installation. Overall --- Professional ----best price in town ----Recommend to everyone Thank you 😊 Sun City Carpet
