5pm on Wed. Surprised that there aren’t many people in there. Took forever to find an employee to page someone for the window desk. Waited 10 minutes. Someone finally showed up and had no clue. “Someone will call you.” I won’t hold my breath. Are you people having hiring issues??? Maybe it’s your own undoing? Same goes for Depot.

Jose was quite knowledgeable about the appliances he was selling, and all of his comments and concerns matched reviews that I found on Amazon and other places. He went above the call by physically checking the inventory and discovered that the computer incorrectly listed a washer as being in stock when it was not. He then helped me identify a different washer that was in stock at about the same price. The one he recommended also had better reviews at the various places I checked online. I strongly recommend Lowes over best buy or home depot for appliances and other big ticket items.

Not one associate greeted me, even your so called door greeter. And your associates on the sales floor are no help at all. Your store sucks. Its unorganized and out of stock and unshoppable. Made me feel very uncomfortable being in your store, will never come back.

Not one associate said anything to me while looking for a new kitchen faucet. Including the cashier.. Wait, when I asked if she was open she said yes. Nothing more.. Poor customer service or feeling welcome.. Northway Albany Lowe's. I was there at about 1:30 pm 05/21/18.
