Was looking at wood floors for a kitchen remodel and there was no staff around, no one asked me if I needed assistance. Also, there were no samples available for the floors that we're in my color scheme. This is typical of the kind of service I get when I shop here. I always get better service at Home Depot.

Extraordinary customer service! I had a problem with a patio chair that I had purchased in 2015 and couldn’t find my receipt. Every interaction, from their corporate offices down to the store level, was timely and helpful. Mat, the store manager, spent a great deal of time researching, finding my original transaction and offered a more than fair resolution to the problem. His assistant manager, Chris was also helpful. It’s a pleasure doing business with a company that has employees that are so customer focused.

Poor customer service. Two women helped us originally. We wanted an item that was large and heavy. The women said we would need a flat bed truck to take home because it was on pallets and weighed over 600 lbs. Then we asked an elder gentleman for help, he went and got the item we need. Then we couldnt just leave with said product even after paying for it because they forgot to take off the metal rails that they use to stack it! This is an item that should have come off in the back with the proper tools! Instead, the elder gentleman, my son and my disabled husband fought with wrong sized wrenches to get those off! Asked for manager. None on. WHAT KIND OF STORE IS THIS? Fist & last time I bother with this place. Gave two stars only for the elder gentleman. He was very helpful.

Unfortunately, we had an awful experience when trying to order a rug. Customer service, when able to get any, was not pleasant, nor very helpful. Was not given full information and when information was given, it was was misleading. The actual price of what we wanted (when they told us today) was no near what we were quoted after measurements were (finally) taken. Had to reach out multiple times to be updated on what was happening only to be told they didn't have any records of us (even though they had already taken some $ from us). Today we 'cancelled' our order, but since they didn't even have us in the system, I guess I can't really say we cancelled.... Very disappointed.
