I wore out a tool before I even walked in the door two employees said hello a told me were to find bleach (weird request.) As I was looking for the screw bit an employee showed me where they were. When it came to the bleach the paint lady quickly showed me where it was. Great customer service. I gave it four stars because of price. The lumber yard next door loads it for you and has better prices.

I bought a washer and dryer from this Lowes and enrolled in their Lowes credit card. They had a promotion where there was no interest on the products for 6 months. Well to my devastation I noticed a $150 interest charge. After I contacted the company about the charge, I had found out that if the products where not paid in full by those 6 months that I would be responsible to pay back the interest I thought I was saving out on. NO ONE at the store told me this. It was not on any of their signs. It did not say it on any of the online payments I made. It was hidden someone where that I'm still unaware of. I am disgusted that they do this to their customers and I will no longer buy my house upgrades at Lowes again.

Typically good. Today, the gang that couldn't shoot straight. Almost every department had no / slow / bad service. Waited 30 minutes for someone to move up our bulk order, and they couldn't find time. Off to Home Depot!
