Much nicer quality selection of materials than Home depot's. The store has a much nicer feeling than most of the Home depot's. The staff is not as knowledgeable as the workers in Home depot but its easier to get help. All in all it has pretty much the same prices as Home depot but better quality.

I went it to the store to look for a new BBQ grill and a reel for my hose. After spending about 10 minutes looking at grills, no one came to as me if I need help. There was an associate talking with some customers about random things and even when they left, he didn’t come by so I moved onto the hose reel. As soon as I go there, an associate closed off the aisle so they can retrieve something from the top rack, and I asked for some pricing information on them and asked if I can quickly look at the options before they start. He tried to give pricing info but really didn’t know enough about it. By the time we spent talking bout it, I could have looked myself as they didn’t start yet so I left without buying anything as they would take a long time. I must say I expected better from Lowe’s, but I guess customer service is no longer a priority for them. I’ll take the 2k I was going to spend on the grill somewhere else.

Very clean place and very very good and friendly staff. I went there to buy linoleum floor. I was serviced there by a guy named Pete. Awesome person and very polite person. I ask many questions & he answered all of them, even helped me to load my cart. Without a doubt I recommend this place & I'll keep shopping there.

I usually go to Lowes if the item I want is not at Home Depot. Overall the service is better. Of course their Internet order-for-pickup is not so great. I wasn't able to get any phone support from anyone at the store and the phone hung up the few times I called. If you're looking for custom kitchen cabinets, they have an excellent design specialist who helped me from ordering to installation. I'm generally a Home Depot person otherwise.

Wow - do not start a blinds or window treatment project at this store. Fred ( who claims he is the manager of the window treatment dept) is not helpful at all!!!! He kept falling asleep at the computer to put in my order and told me how tired he was...... He won't give me a quote until after I place the order - just so it can save him the work in case I don't pay?!?!?!? How the hell do you guys do business??? It takes hours or days to get someone on the phone, this is ridiculous. I've worked with other Lowes before and this one was the worst.
