Been coming here since the place opened. I guess the best thing I like about Lowe's is that I can bring my dog Mercury inside with me, it's allowed. She is a very well behaved American Bulldog. I was just there on Friday to buy some Lumber and accessories to build doors to my small Steel building at home. First off, I tried looking for the T1-11 and couldn't find it for the life of me so when I asked the associate Steve where it was, he took me right to it. He also was very friendly toward my dog. Then I remember needing Hardware like handles, hinges, a door latch, lock, wood screws, etc. and the associate Liam was very polite, showed me where all those things were located and asked if he could be of further assistance. Said" no, thank you" and proceeded to go find a new hoe for the garden. That's when my friend Chuck showed me where all the hoes were and also asked if he could give Mercury a treat. How cool is that! Chuck refused his picture being taken. Very nice man. Then I was going to check out. While checking out, the two nice ladies at the counter just so happen to ask if they could spoil my dog a little. What the heck, they came around the counter and started petting and hugging my dog. How nice is that! Then I remembered I forgot Roundup so I had to go walk to the garden department and couldn't find it there either so I asked this associate Todd if he could tell me where it was and he went and got it for me while I was looking at vegetable plants!! So now I'm finally ready to go. While checking out, Tiffany, who I have seen many times, asked me if she can give Mercury "hugs and kisses." Just laughed and said "go for it." it was an incredible experience, thank all of you for your help and kindness!!

I ordered a gazebo online. Everything was going well, got a delivery date for a bit over a week, email 2 days before confirmed delivery. The day before the scheduled delivery the store called and told me that the item is on back order, they had no idea when it would be in. I bought the gazebo for a graduation party in 2 weeks, plus our own enjoyment. I am incredibly disappointed with Lowes. I would have done something different if I had known a week ago. We poured the footings and set the floor for the gazebo already thinking Lowes was honorable. The only reason I’m giving 2 stars is because the woman I talked to at Saratoga Lowes was very understanding and it’s really out of her hands. It’s not her fault. I’ve not heard good things about Lowes online delivery. This happens often apparently.

Was just at the Lowe's in Amsterdam looking for washer and dryer sets. Found one that was on sale and went to order it on my Lowe's account. I was told they weren't in stock and had to check with their DC. They were out there as well and could only get it by ordering directly from Samsung. The products were considered old models so the ones Samsung would send would be a newer model and not be at the price that was being advertising at every store location and online. I mentioned that if they were going to advertise a product for a special price that ends tomorrow than maybe they should be able to actually be able to sell it.

Went to purchase a new refrigerator today. Looked at 10 models. Couldn't get the 2 associates to get up from where they were sitting in the appliance department to offer my husband and I any help. We left and went down the road to Home Depot where we were greeted immediately and bought a beautiful 3 door with ice and water dispenser.
