I will premise this with it was Easter weekend. My refrigerator died on Friday. I called the store and asked if I could get a new one the next day. Whomever I spoke with said we guarantee next day delivery. If it's in stock we will deliver it Saturday. It was in stock and I received a call from Jay in the appliance dept. He said they couldn't deliver it Saturday as they were booked. He then called back and said he spoke with another supervisor and they would get it delivered. I went down to the store and paid for it (another fiasco with the register I won't go into). I paid for the refrigerator and an override for Saturday delivery was put in as an emergency. I waited all day Saturday for the delivery call and called the store at 9 p.m. as it still was not delivered. Was advised delivery's were done for the day but they guaranteed it would be delivered between 8:30 and 10 a.m. Sunday morning and they would take another $100 off. Asked for my email address the send confirmation of our conversation and when I asked who I was speaking with was disconnected. . I had out of town family staying and more family coming for Easter dinner at 1 PM. Sunday morning. Sunday morning they called and advised the earliest they could deliver was 12:30 to 1:00 PM. I said I had company and dinner at that time and could not accept delivery then. I was given a deliver date of Tuesday between 8:30 and noon. Got a call at noon on Tuesday and was advised the refrigerator was not on the truck, but they would put it on another truck and deliver it ASAP. As I'm writing this they brought the refrigerator in and it's damaged. Door seal is broken and a huge dent on bottom and side. Also, I never did receive the email stating they would take $100.00 off and deliver by 8:30 Sunday. I WILL NEVER PURCHASE ANOTHER PRODUCT FROM LOWES. BUYER BEWARE, THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS AND MAKE PROMISES THEY DON'T KEEP. TOTALLY DISGUSTED
