It was super easy to exchange a product. The cashier was helpful and quick. I always have a hard time finding things in such a huge store, but there are always knowledgeable associates about.

Paid for installation for the new dryer and it was dumped in my DINING ROOM! left with no clear reason. Delivery and installation clearly indicated on the bill of lading, tried to tell me it wasn't. As it was unboxed on the back of the truck they tried to keep me from inspecting it. They refused to deliver it upstairs and told me I had to call home Depot to arrange. Today they came back and finally took old dryer and brought it upstairs, but refused to install with no explanation. Never again!!! Unacceptable!!

Smaller depot that's typically well kept. Has local oriented products that are common for the area.

The last time i was there getting lumber the guy who was helping my friend &I was not very interested in helping us didn't even want to pull or push material cart I guess you would call it. He was too interested in his phone instead of looking for other things for us he chose to take a break & sit where flooring was where we saw him! Maybe I'll try Lowe's.
