Lowe's is a great place. A bit more feminine than home Depot. I feel like HD is for contractors and Lowe's is for decorators. Walk in with a strut and walk out with your new living space!

I was in a couple of days ago around 7/20/18 looking for a special bolt for a hot rod car that I have. David, a Lowe's employee, came up to me this morning and asked if I needed help. I showed him a copy of the bolt I was looking for and he was able to locate some in seconds. What a great experience. Fast, friendly and expert knowledge of the department made for fantastic experience. I had an excellent experience. A woman by the name of Katherine helped me find a fitting needed for my gas stove. She did what two men at a dedicated appliance store could not do. Thanks Katherine, you deserve a raise.

Most of my experiences at Lowes have been a pleasure. Many great sales reps and great products.

One star is too much for our experience tonight...but had to pick something to leave a review....My husband and I were looking to purchase a new stove. We went to Lowe’s and found one that we were interested in buying. We went & compared prices at Home Depot (where the woman was very helpful and knowledgeable about her department) and found that the price at Lowe’s was indeed cheaper for the same stove. So we went back to Lowe’s to buy the stove we wanted. Not one employee would take the time to come over and help us (either time). Both times we stood around the area where the applicancea were waiting foe someone to acknowledge us. And...NOTHING. There were groups of employees standing around having a good time talking and joking around. There was one person in the immediate area where we were waiting and she walked around, saw me standing there and turned her back. Never once asking if we were being assisted or if we could use her help. Very disappointed and disgusted at the customer service at the auburn location. The manager was made aware of this. Unsure if anything will be said or any change will be made because of this but I will not be spending money at Lowe’s anymore.
