I purchased a few things for Halloween including 2 steel rods; one 4ft and the other 2ft. I was charged for a 2ft one and a 10ft one. I returned to the same cashier to request an exchange because of the mistake they did. As I entered, the older cashier (Jackie) commented to the younger cashier, "Here we go." I brought in the 4ft rod and said I was charged the 10ft instead of the 4ft I had in my hand. She said yes but the other was longer than the one I had in my hand. I told her to wait as I went back to my truck to bring in the 2ft one. As I walked in, I made eye contact with her to show her the difference in lengths in which she pointed down the aisles saying, "Go to customer service"! Customer Service was excellent with me. I asked to have these rods returned and the money credited back into my account. If Jackie would have been more gracious, I would have done the exchange and continued to be a loyal customer. It's a shame that one bad apple spoiled the whole bunch. Thank you for the woman in customer service for helping me with excellence.

We are doing a fence project... We comp shopped and found the best prices here! Then we went in person and met Doti, who was the best! Excellent customer service and great prices... we're just going straight here from now on!

The store hired me to clean out there trench drains in the garden room, after getting paperwork signed and walking away from pro desk there employee Nick said to a coworker ‘I can’t believe they contracted that idiot’ I immediately wallked back towards him and asked him if he just called me a idiot. He replied that he was talking about another contractor. Aparantly nick had us out at his home, not for work but for a estimate, before nick calling me a idiot, he had made other suddle comments about him not liking our company. I do believe he was talking about me and he didn’t think I was still in earshot. Talked to management about issue they said they were going to talk to nick but I’m not very confident much will be done.
