It's tough to give this store a good review due to the lack of appreciation they give to veterans.... oh yeah they have a few parking spots dedicated to veterans but try and get a military or veteran discount and they won't do it....but I really like the staff at this location....they are always willing to help you find what you are looking for or suggest an alternative.

I come to this home Depot specifically because of the knowledge able plumbing staff. She rocks. She knows her stuff through and through. I'm half way between Cortland and Syracuse, and could go to a variety of different Lowe's, home Depot, true values, etc (even one across the street from my house). I come here, when I NEED to know what to get right away. Totally worth the drive, wait, and 'supercenter' effect IMO.

This place is great for diy things. Joe B was a great help. He works in paint and was the best.

Lots of home stuff. Some things hard to find. Tried using website to locate items on different trips. Site very slow to react when using phone. Employees are friendly but also have a lot of trouble finding some items. On trip there, looking for a small $2 plumbing part. First 3 employees did not find. 4th did but it took her 20 minutes.

I returned an item that I was told I needed when I purchased a washer and dryer. I bought the items a few years ago. Dorice was great handling everything. She had to look up similar item codes and several minutes later I now have a store credit. Yes!
