I was a frequent visitor of this store when I lived in town. Just like other Home Depots, they have a great selection of outdoor garden supplies, power tools, lumber, paint, appliances, and most indoor plumbing and electrical supplies. The staff has always been very friendly and helpful. The store has always been clean and in good condition. Parking is plentiful and free. The restrooms and drinking fountain are clean and in working condition. The selection and layout inside is identical to many other Home Depots across the country, giving it a familiar face to any outside visitors.

Went in to Home Depot for a bake element for my stove. They didn't have it but said I could order online but I had a family dinner the next day. The man at Home Depot called an appliance parts place in Shop City plaza and had them put the bake element on hold for me. He even helped me map directions on my phone. The new bake element was installed and the family had dinner! Home Depot didn't try to push a new stove on me but instead went out of his way to help. When we finally replace out stove I would definitely recommend Home Depot - for appliance parts go to the place in Syracuse in Shop City plaza. Lol as my son says!!

The staff always helpful, experienced and friendly, I'm renovating my house and I visit this store at least twice a week and they helped me choosing the right product 99% of the time. Bill in plumbing is the best. The only thing happened is that I rented the truck once, they told me that I can finish shopping and they'll reset the clock, they did but after I returned it in time, I was charged for a late return.

This is on behalf of my sister-in-law- Mrs. Ann Manino- Cicero, NY Mrs. Manino has been shopping at this HD location for years and today stopped by to purchase a new riding mower. Prior to that, she wished to obtain a veteran’s discount since her husband is a veteran from the Korean War, still living. Whomever the individual was in customer service during her visit at 5:00 PM today was not only extremely rude, she also claimed the veteran’s card was not enough and that they “do not provide discounts to veteran’s that old”. After treatment such as that, she travelled to Lowe’s where they happily accepted the veteran’s card for eligible discount not only for the riding mower but for all future purchases. Perhaps the Customer Service individual who dismissed Mrs. Manino should realize that her treatment is directly opposed to the core values of HD as proposed by Kenneth Langone and Bernie Marcus, especially when it comes to veterans and customer service in general.
