My fiancee and I had a great experience with Syracuse flooring. We re-did our whole house in LVT, so it was a big under-taking. The customer service was great- Mike from sales and Jim the lead installer. Everyone was very professional and pleasant to work with. Prices were reasonable, and installation was timely. Would definitely recommend.

I did my homework and shopped around. From the minute I walked in their store they were so professional and helpful. The install went smooth and installers were very helpful, professional and trustworthy. Owners called and stopped in to check on progress. The product is beautiful and I would highly recommend this company to everyone.

I decided to redo my living room before the holidays and I wanted to put down new carpeting. Being clueless I walk into Syracuse Flooring not knowing what to do. Mike was so so helpful, he took over and helped me pick a carpet, the next day he was over to measure and with in a few weeks I had new carpeting for my living room just in time for the upcoming holidays. I would so highly recommend this company for any of your flooring needs, they are so professional in every aspect.

Absolutely a perfect experience from beginning to end. Mike suggested a flooring solution that we had not even considered, and it is perfect for us! The installer, Anthony was meticulous and did a wonderful job. Very pleasant also. He worked efficiently and respectfully throughout. Cannot recommend highly enough

**Edit** The owner Phil did keep his word and got in contact with us to fix the issues we had with our floors and now they look good. Thank you Phil for stepping up and rectifying the situation for us. They seemed good at first. Great samples and appeared to know what they were talking about. Floors were installed great but quarter round and transitions were chewed up by saws or in the case of the quarter rounds bad cuts and cut at the wrong angle. I saw little pride in the craftsmanship of the project or response in getting issues resolved.
