Always find this particular store to be really good. Depending on the day it can be really hard to find someone to help you (only reason not five stars) but when you do they're very friendly and knowledgeable. Have done many home projects buying things here, and they're always great if you have a question about a product or "should I do this this way or that way".

DO NOT GET ANY CONTRACTED WORK DONE THROUGH LOWES. I had my roof and furnace/central air upgraded in 2016 and I've had nothing but issues with both. Charles Heating and Air put in the new furnace and ac unit in and for the first 6 months the a.c. would work when it wanted to. Found out that the system didn't have enough air coming into it and was choking itself out. Paid for more vents to be put in and they did the last intake free, but not after a lot of BS and hassle. I dont recall the roofers names but I paid $5,500 for the initial job and then almost $3,000 more for thier mistakes in the initial assessment. If that wasnt enough, the roof started caving in on the back, where they put that almost 3k worth of new boards and whatnot, and it was like pulling teeth to get them to come fix it. And now, the roof is having the same issues and they are refusing to come out again. Ive caught them in lies regarding having someone come assess it again when I wasnt home (they werent aware that I have a camera system on my home) and when I forwarded the videos of their contractor showing up and not even taking a ladder off of the truck or entering the back yard they said it was a problem with the rafters and they know that because the previous installer told them that. Called BS on that and they said it was the foundation. I haven't heard anything back from the coordinator in a week and I dont think I will be hearing anything from her again. But she will be hearing from me.

Typical Retail Chain store. Nothing impressive or unexpected. Know what you want to get it in the store. They offer the ability to look everything up online and write down locations, or order online and pick up in store, to make shopping easier and faster. I wouldn't go there asking questions, because the staff is not the most knowledgeable. That being said, I shop here because I know what I want when I need it. If you need questions answered about any type of install or product, it is best to contact someone who specializes (or the manufacturer) in that product.
