Our second time in for plumbing problems. Mike was a Godsend! He really knows what hes talking about. I dont think we could have done these things without his guidance. He helped us troubleshoot a well problem and helped us find exactly what we needed. And then tonight he helped us with a sprinkler system. Mike has saved us a lot of money helping us do it ourselves! Thanks Mike!

Let me start by saying I worked at Home Depot for years when I was in college and grad school in CA. I loved the Saratoga,NY Home Depot until this week. Went in, like I always do every week, to have them cut some wood for me. The dingbat in lumber claimed to not be able to do what I was asking for. The cut I needed was identical to the cut I have gotten 7 times previously, on the exact same wood. He didn't understand what blade width meant and continued to argue with me until I just said screw it and left. I'm positive he was not taking me seriously as a woodworker because I'm a woman, which added a whole other level to my frustration with him. This is the first time I've ever experienced someone rude or with that level of incompetence at this location. However I will not be back until that guy is either fired or they put him in garden away from any saws. (He was day shift lumber, younger, glasses, heavy set, socially inept, incase any useful managers are reading this review and would like to relocate him to something simpler like garden or cashier)

DO NOT EVER BUY AN APPLIANCE FROM THIS PLACE HOME DEPOT SUCKS!!! On February 14th I bought a new refrigerator it was having problems right from the start today is 3/16 and in the last month I have taken 4 days off from my business and 8 hours on the phone trying to get my replacement frigerator two times it was cancelled and I was told it was cancelled by me which it wasn't then Sam from the Saratoga store said you're a liar & you did cancel it by the way I was at the Family Dollar & my phone was on speaker when he said this and the clerk heard it and I said no I'm not and you're an idiot I then ask for the manager her name was Heather I then told her Sam called me a liar and she said Sam wouldn't do that insinuating i was lying again Today is the 4th day I took off for a refrigerator note they actually subcontract their deliveries out and they do not tell the customers this from JB Hunt the worst company in the world two men showed up that barely could speak a lick of English & before they showed up they called saying they couldn't find my house they were actually across the street on the other side of the light in a Stewart's I told him go across straight across the street go under the train trestle and I'm on the right he said can you go outside I went outside I stood there for 10 minutes without a jacket in 30 degree weather I then called the man back and asked him where he was he said he took a right at the light and I said what are you talking about I told you to go straight through the light and I was on the right what kind of delivery driver are you?? he then threatened not to make my delivery when they got here he started to give me attitude and was trying to stare me down and tried to Bully me in my own house I told him they needed to take the doors off the old fridge in order to get it out in through the doorway otherwise it wouldn't fit they measured it and then they tried to put the frigerator through the doorway of my kitchen into my second living room in the process they started to scrape my kitchen door which is a beautiful wood door and now it's scratched & so is the molding i told him you need to stop you're damaging my door he said he wasn't I said I just filmed this . He then swore at me when I told him yes you did no I f****** didn't and at that point I said yes you did mother fer and he said now I'm not delivering your frigerator and I said and I'm calling the cops which I did and I stood in front of his truck for 15 minutes until the cops showed up I showed them the video and the destruction of my door at this point I have lost well over $1,000 in business for a lousy $500 refrigerator HomCreepo offered me $150 eCard for my problems I will never walk in another homedepot again and I suggest you don't either because they have the worst customer service and they think that they can trample over you , character assassinate you & take money out of your pocket and then blame you for for canceling orders and they hire the dirt cheap delivery companies which they don't inform you of to deliver their stuff and now I've lost a lot of money & now my house is damaged so do yourself a favor and go to Lowes or anywhere else for an appliance BUT DO NOT EVER EVER EVER BUY AN APPLIANCE FROM HOME DEPOT IT'LL BE THE WORST EXPERIENCE OF YOUR LIFE!!!

This store has no staff available to help, there is freight on pallets in aisles. The staff runs to find you help and disappears. 35 minutes into needing help I walked out.

Great place for DIY types. You should have some idea of what you need .
