The store personnel, mostly helpful, or jolly others upset looking. There's quite of an array of items array, but things are in boxes, not to organized, hard to drive the electric cart around. I drive my mother in the cart. The restroom for elderly/handicap (women) was clean but the other stalls weren't, I'm not there for that, but my opinion, not good reflection on personnel or manager cleanliness, during 4-6pm visit, 5/17 (Thursday). I usually go to home depot, but once I awhile drive to Lowes.

Sometimes good, sometimes not so good. Poor on keeping customer informed on delivery time of special orders. Out of stock in store sometimes but maybe less frequently than other stores. Store personnel nearly always try to help but sometimes lack knowledge needed. Very good on return policies.

A standard Lowe's with a very large garden and outdoor section. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly.

I LOVE THIS PLACE. MY "HOME AWAY FROM HOME". I'M THERE AT LEAST 3X A WEEK SINCE THEY OPENED. BILLY IS A GREAT MANAGER. CUSTOMER ORIENTED.HE IS SURROUNDED BY AWESOME ASSISTANT MANAGERS LIKE JOE N JASMINE, WHO GO ABOVE N BEYOND TO HELP OUT THE CUSTOMERS. SOMETIMES U KNOW U HAVE BEEN THERE TOO LONG WHEN THEY KNOW U BY UR 1ST. NAME. MY FAVORITE EMPLOYEES ARE KENNETH N TRISH N THE LUMBER N PRO DEPT. I PLACE MY ORDERS ONLINE N KENNY MAKES SURE MY ORDER IS COMPLETE N TO MY LIKING. YOU CAN FIND ANYTHING U NEED. THE CASHIERS GREET U WITH A SMILE. I LOVE THEIR GARDEN DEPT. THEIR LONG TIME EMPLOYEES, BARBARA, KAREN, BRENNA, CAROL N THE YOUNG SEASONAL EMPLOYEES THAT WORK SO HARD, . EAGER TO HELP. BEST PART, NOW U CAN REGISTER ONLINE TO GET A MILITARY DISCOUNT FOR BLUE STAR FAMILIES, NO NEED TO SHOW ID. 80% OF WHAT IS IN MY GARDENS, N APPLIANCES AT MY HOME I GOT FROM LOWES, USUALLY ON SALE OR DISCOUNTED PRICE. YUP I LUV MY NEIGHBORHOOD LOWE'S HOME IMPROVEMENT STORE. I CAN SPEND THE DAY THERE....
