Absolute worst customer service in the world. Employees are lost at best. We were at a long line at the customer service desk and there was actually an employee sleeping at the desk behind the counter. Eventually the clerk had to go wake her up and ask for help. Then we had a delivery scheduled for a "two hour window". They called and said they couldn't make the window. So we waited longer. They called at the end of the extended wait time to say they were going to be later still. We couldn't wait any longer so we called the manager and got re-scheduled for two days later. So we called two days later and the delivery manager didn't know about the reshcedule. Then their truck was "broken down". I told him I needed them to fix this because we had scheduled a crew to do the install. He hung up on me!!!! Yes BRIAN the delivery manager at the Vestal Lowes hung up on me!!! All because I had the nerve to ask them to do what they said they would do and what we paid them to do. This place keeps getting worse. We bought here this time because the price was a little better but it just isn't worth it. Next time for sure I will pay more and go over to their orange themed competition. Do yourself a favor and buy elsewhere!!! Anywhere elsewhere. Five minutes dealing with these people and you will hate yourself!!!!

This store desperately needs to learn customer service skills. They have 0! Shame on the manager who is never there and other "managers" in this store. Customer service 101: 1st listen, then apologize(sincerely), then fix it! It's that simple! I'm done with Lowe's!

This one star is for customer service over the phone. I was trying to price a wireless/battery powered shop vac with the charger and battery. I tried the operator first and they transferred me to someone who said that they weren't on the floor and who tried to transfer me to hardware. After a long wait hardware picked up but apparently couldn't hear me on the phone. They tried to transfer me but dropped my call instead. I called back and selected the hardware department directly but was redirected after a wait to customer service. I told them I wanted hardware and they again tried to transfer me but it just came back to them. Worst phone service I've had in quite a long time.

Overall, was hard to find someone who knew the answers to our questions. Cashier was equally as disorganized as the floor assoicates were.
