They were very helpful. They were not pushy I like that. We bought our flooring and got a great price.

So I have bought floors and butcher block counter tops etc from this store multiple times. I can't say that I have always gotten what I hoped for, but I will say that the guys in here know what they are talking about. They will ensure you get the right product for every project and that you get what you need, even if it's not what you originally walked in thinking. Some people might be turned off by the fact that the manager and his guys don't just bend over and say get whatever, but they stand behind their floors and their work, and at the end of the day I have always had the best experience because I have all the knowledge and help I need to make each project successful. So if you want it done right and you want the guys who (if you actually listen to them) will help you every step of the way, come here. If you just want a yes man to pretend you are the king of things you don't know then go to Lowes or Home Depot.

I have been installing just flooring for 18 years. A customer of mine purchased laminate flooring from this location that was not clicking together properly. I would not install it in his house because it was an inferior product. The seams on the short side were raised and could chip because of a poorly constructed locking system. Over time they would have opened up and failed. I brought this to the attention of the manager whose name was Mark and he insisted that it was a quality product but he would not guarantee it. He then blamed me for not bringing more material from the job site so he could test it but refused to go assemble the planks under site conditions. The floor he assembled the plank on was a perfectly flat floor in his showroom. There are very few perfectly flat level floors in most houses in North Eastern PA. He would not take the product back or upgrade the customers product even though the customer was willing to pay additional money to upgrade. So the moral of the story is if you like poor customer service and have a perfectly level floor than this place is for you.

The person below named "ROSE MARTIN" was more than likely manipulated by "Mark Allen" ( The store manager in wilkes barre, PA) to give the review five stars. Her review also violates Google's "conflict of interests policy" because she is also the owner of the delivery service that Lumber Liquidator uses for their customers. She also must have been taught that if you don't have nothing nice to say don't say anything at all, because you can clearly see not one person has anything nice to say about the Manger in that store. & I'm sure Mr.Allen made some type of slick comment along the lines of " if you want me to use your delivery services you better give us five stars"..

Terrible service from these people!!! ordered us the wrong parts and when we tried to take them back they said it had to be in the box and when we brought it back the second time they said they had to be in separate boxes when they all came in one. So we had to keep things that they ordered wrong and can't return them. Horrible people to deal with.
