I had been shopping for flooring for a few weeks when I decided to go the Lumber Liquidators in Muncy, Pennsylvania. It was my first time being there, my girlfriend had done some research to what kind of floor she wanted for our rental property so we decided to go in and look at a sample. From the moment that we walked in the door Chris was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He made us both feel like we were valued customers and made us feel like we had known him for years! I was used to dealing with other businesses such as Lowe’s where half the time their sales associates are hung over college students who don’t seem very enthused about their job and lack the helpful knowledge that your associates have. We wanted to look at the Bison Hickory Vinyl plank but that store didn’t have it in stock. After Chris explained that we could place the order with half down and check it out once it arrived we decided to go with that. He gave me firsthand experience in installing it and gave me that extra boost of confidence. He told me that it’d be the next Tuesday when it would be shipped in and sure enough Tuesday I received a call saying I could come pick it up. The day we went to pick it up we were helped out by Walt who was equally as helpful as Chris had been and once again their customer service was amazing. I finished paying for it and he helped me load everything into my truck. These two associates are the reason why next time I need flooring in the future I will only deal with Lumber Liquidators. Lumber Liquidators is also the only flooring store I will ever recommend to anyone looking for flooring. Thank you guys very much and I can’t wait to start my next project!

My husband and I absolutely love our floors, they look fantastic. We had visited several different businesses to look at flooring and the man who helped us, Chris, was amazing! So helpful with answering every question we had. We bought for 4 rooms but have only put down one, it looks fantastic! I would defiantly recommend to others.

I purchased my entire kitchen, LR, and Hallway floor from the website to the store. The material was as described (cabin grade) but their pictures were a bit misleading. The website said to add about 30% waste for this product. It should have been closer to 40%. The store was friendly but couldn't tell me who made my floor even when looking into the system. I wish they had better pictures of their floors and even if a company doesn't stamp a product the consumer should still be able to know its origin beyond "Made in USA."

To be honest a 1 is way too high.... Purchased a laminate floor on October 25th, Lumber Liquidators shipped us a defective floor, Their installer "refused" to install, since then it's been a nightmare of epic proportions !! They shipped a second defective floor and then the store manager tells me Lumber Liquidators knew they had a problem !! Next chapter- They agreed to upgrade of purchase....it arrives at the store and then the installer has ZERO sense of urgency and puts off the installation for ANOTHER week !!! Our home has been torn up for 4 weeks now with no end it sight. Without question, Lumber Liquidators is the WORST home improvement store EVER !!! RUN, RUN, away from this store & company !!
