Not a good place to get an appliance. Ordered a fridge I was told thet had a new one out back not a floor model. Picked it up hours later, no box, several scratches on the front of it. I asked if money would be deducted for a damaged item. I was told to call on Monday and speak to a manager. Called several times and spoke to a manager who kept saying he would look into things and call me back. Never happened. I had to contact the better busineas bureau.

I went to get a firepit and I got a good deal on a nice looking unit. Everyone, the floor person, the cashier, and a Lowe's person walking by who helped me load the box, was helpful and friendly and happy to be working at Lowe's.
