The delivery department/team is very irresponsible and lack communication amongst themselves to ensure good, quality customer service. My delivery was scheduled Monday ( I confirmed twice at 8:30am) and I took off of work and waited all day. I called at 7pm because I did not get a call or a refrigerator. The manager stated that deliveries are made up to 8pm and there is still a slight chance it will be delivered ( let’s be real now). The manager then said it will be delivered first thing in the morning if it did not arrive By 8pm. It is now Tuesday morning(8:30am) so I called to confirm an early delivery as promised. I was told that the refrigerator was not even placed on the delivery truck today. I was livid and clearly expressed my frustration, only to be told the delivery can be made on Wednesday (meaning a 3rd day off of work). I decided to go to the store to pick up the fridge. When I arrived I was greeted by a very nonchalant and dismissive “Delivery manager†named Johnathan. By his blatantly careless attitude and responses I knew it was pointless to even make a complaint to him.
There are much more details I can add but I’m sure you get my point. DO NOT HAVE ANYTHING DELIVERED FROM THIS STORE!
